I’m a scuba diver, conservationist, high school student, cross country runner, swimmer, and Latter-day Saint. I’m also the designator of the Utah State Dinosaur and the godfather of the Utahraptor State Park. I’m Rex’s human.
Ocean Conservation
I am committed to ocean conservation and protecting the world’s coral reefs. To this end, I have participated in beach cleanups to remove debris from reefs and worked with local organizations to promote awareness of the importance of reef conservation. I am passionate about helping to preserve coral reefs for current and future generations, and I am constantly looking for new ways to engage with the conservation community. Together, we can make a difference in our fight against ocean pollution.
Fossil Site Protection
I am committed to protecting and preserving paleontological sites for the benefit of future generations. I worked with the Utah State Legislature to protect one of the most significant fossil sites on earth, and have recently been involved in efforts to protect the Mill Canyon track site. Conservation of these sites is essential to protecting the history and heritage of our planet, and I am dedicated to making sure that we continue to protect and preserve these sites for future generations.
